Exchange/Return/Refund 

       1. Buyer shall inspect the products promptly upon receipt. In case that buyer received a defective and/or damaged product or if any product in your order is expired, missing, incorrect, or damaged after received. The requests for the return of any products (if any) must be notified within 14 days from the date on which we deliver. Otherwise, we may, in our sole discretion, reject your requests and claims submitted 14 days after the date of delivery. The customer shall attach empirical evidence such as pictures or video clips. All requests for exchange/return will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the approval of the company.
      2. If the product is expired/incorrect/damaged within its original packaging upon delivery, the company considers exchanging the product that is in good condition for the customer and is responsible for shipping charges.
      3. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for delivered products in all cases.
